I am a 45 year old mom of three. A son 22, a son 14 and a daughter 9. I have M.S. and several other health problems. I have been on a number of medications to try to help the conditions. Hi, I am a 55 year old mother and grandmother. Growing up I enjoyed good health. At age 25 my world began to tilt and eventually spun beyond my control. Suddenly, I was changing; moodiness, insomnia, hormone changes, muscle weakness, terrible headache and body aches, and a weight gain of 20 pound in one month. Eventually, I gained over 100 pounds. Pain

After being forced out of a 13 yr. career in the U.S. Marine Corps due to medical problems, I had gained some weight and my medical problems worsened. I had a degenerative disc; a disc removed from my neck, a shoulder impingement, arthritic knees, a hip impingement, and surgically repaired hand. At another Zija meeting,  I heard a testimonial from a young man telling his personal story several times.   MAY 8, 2010 – He was on a new swing shift and wasnt used to the hours, driving home at 3am he fell asleep at wheel and crashed into a concrete culvert at 60 mph.
